We are seeking an exceptional Business Development expert to drive business growth and expansion. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in the software services industry, proficiency in Upwork bidding, and strong client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and bid on suitable projects on platforms like Upwork and other freelance portals.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients through strategic relationship-building.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to understand service offerings and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the IT/software industry.
- Strong expertise in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
