Cloud Infrastructure Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, authentication services, security, and end-user support in our Azure & M365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Landing Zones to ensure best practices in governance, security, and compliance.
  2. Azure ARC Administration: Manage Azure ARC for hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises and cloud resources.
  3. Data Protection and Disaster Recovery: Administer Azure Backup solutions to safeguard data and prevent loss.
  4. Cloud Administration: Oversee Azure Cloud Administration, including resource management, networking, and storage account configurations.
  5. Security and Authentication: Configure and manage LDAP authentication and SSO solutions for secure access.
  6. IDentity and Access Management: Maintain and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
  7. Hybrid IT Environment Support: Support and manage a Hybrid IT Environment integrating on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

M365 Administration:

  1. Collaboration and Security: Manage SharePoint Online for collaboration, document management, and security controls.
  2. Defender and Compliance Solutions: Administer Defender & Compliance solutions for security posture management.
  3. Email Services and Security: Oversee Exchange Online for email services, security policies, and mail flow optimization.
  4. Endpoint Management: Manage Intune (Endpoint Management) for device compliance and security.
  5. Email Signature Management: Configure and maintain email signature solutions using CodeTwo.
  6. Endpoint Backups: Ensure endpoint backups for critical systems using Druva.

Infrastructure and End-User Support:

  1. L2/L3 Support: Provide L2/L3 support for end-user queries related to Azure, M365, and infrastructure services.
  2. Print Servers and Networking: Manage Print Servers, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, ADDS, and NPS.
  3. Server Update Management: Perform server update management and conduct regular health checks.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams across different geographical locations to ensure seamless operations.
