Job Overview

This role involves leading and managing the Human Resources department to ensure effective recruitment, training, and employee development.


Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD/HRCI/SHRM are highly desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role is essential. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
