We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated professional to join our finance team. This role is instrumental in driving financial visibility and strategic decision-making through effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial modeling, corporate reporting, and business partnering, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Budget Review and Analysis
  • Lead monthly expense reviews in partnership with department leaders.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations to management; oversee the implementation of agreed actions.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and dashboards.
Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support business planning.
  • Consolidate inputs from business units and ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
Executive Presentations
  • Support the development of Board of Directors and Executive Management presentations.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and visuals to highlight key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, strategic messaging.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion, capital allocation, and M&A transactions.
  • Act as the finance team project manager for M&A transactions.
  • Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and investment ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and model financial impacts.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Support implementation or enhancement of financial planning systems and tools.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related finance roles.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and business acumen.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders or board reporting.
  • Background in high-growth or Private Equity-backed environments.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
