Supplier Relationship Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supplier Relationship Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and collaborate with current and potential suppliers to source high-quality products.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and provide information about the company and its products.
  • Understand supplier requirements and negotiate deals to meet their needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Promote a positive company image by effectively handling any grievances or issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to business growth by consistently meeting call targets and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
