The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of costing and fixed asset processes, working optimally within the SAP environment. They will examine and analyze period closing activities, implement product costing for both manufacturing and commercial plants, supervise fixed assets accounting, and handle the capital budget.

The successful candidate will also handle the costing of new products and implement periodic cost revisions, calculate, post, and allocate journal entries, conduct cost variance analysis, achieve tasks in alignment with individual objectives, prepare standard costs, and handle inter-company pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and analyze period closing activities
  • Implement product costing for both manufacturing and commercial plants
  • Supervise fixed assets accounting and handle the capital budget
  • Handle the costing of new products and implement periodic cost revisions
  • Calculate, post, and allocate journal entries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Qualifications such as (Inter or Final)/ICWA (Inter or Final)/CIMA (partial/full)/MBA in Finance or other equivalent qualifications
  • Commerce graduate or someone with equivalent experience alongside a CA
  • Over 2 years of experience, with at least one year in product costing
  • Crucial experience in SAP FICO
