Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the HR team, and providing support to managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  2. Policy Analysis: Analyze existing policies and make recommendations for improvements or changes as required.
  3. New Policies: Assess areas where new policies are needed and create them accordingly.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  5. Employee Performance: Monitor employee performance, including attendance and lateness, and take appropriate action to address any issues.
  6. Training Programs: Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to managers and staff on employee-related matters, including grievances and conflicts.
  8. Pay Structures: Develop and maintain pay structures and employee benefits to ensure fairness and equity.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language speaking skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Labor Law: A solid understanding of employment law principles.
  • Calm Under Pressure: The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound judgments.
  • Microsoft Office: Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ethics and Morals: Solid ethics and morals.
Education and Experience
  • Degree: MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • Certifications: HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are desirable.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
