About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned growth strategist to lead our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web-based SaaS products and a proven track record of driving scalable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, leveraging advanced product analytics and marketing research insights.
  • Optimize campaign performance using data analysis, A/B testing, and actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with growth objectives.
  • Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder communications, ensuring seamless integration of product analytics and tag/event tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad formats, and integration best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in paid marketing managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
