We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Advertising Specialist
who will manage and optimise paid campaigns for both our company and our clients, with a strong focus on
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads and other Social Media Platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage
    Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads
    and other social Media Platforms campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct
    keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
    .
  • Set up
    conversion tracking, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns
    .
  • Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay up to date with
    latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices
    .
  • Manage campaigns across other digital platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads

and other social Media Platforms
- Strong understanding of
PPC, CPM, and conversion optimisation strategies
.
- Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- Google Ads Certification
or
Meta Blueprint Certification
is a plus.
