Job Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality technical interview content across various subject domains, leveraging modern technology including generative AI.
  • Partner with Sales and Client teams as a subject-matter expert to present our content capabilities to prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients.
  • Review and iterate our interview guidelines for conduct and scoring to ensure fairness and consistency as formats adapt for AI usage.
  • Work with the Interview Delivery team to revamp engineer onboarding for interviews.
The qualifications you will bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to program in a common language.
  • Experience participating in sales calls, including discussions with prospects and clients.
  • Experience working with Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines.

Preferred and/or a Plus:

  • Experience conducting technical interviews.
  • Project, product, or program management experience.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-changing startup environments.
  • Professional experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic AI tools for software development.
