Expert Technical Consultant Position

We are seeking an exceptional technical consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, analyzing business processes, and building production-ready integrations that meet the needs of our customers' SaaS products.

The ideal candidate should have fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0, as well as experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool.

You will also be expected to communicate complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders, and possess solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement post-sales technical onboarding strategies.
  • Map business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows.
  • Design and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.
  • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off documents.
  • Feed product & engineering with customer feedback and reusable templates.
  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.
Requirements:
  • Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).
  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
  • Ability to explain complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).
  • Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
  • Experience in writing your own agent.
  • Code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc).
  • Bachelor's in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops).
