Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the gaming industry by building affiliate networks, managing media buying, and transforming player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Train team members, educate affiliates, monitor affiliate performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
  • Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
  • Provide support to VIP partners whenever needed.
  • Monitor partners' performance, results, and build good relationships with all partners.
  • Support partners through vertical integration, managing their social media channels in cooperation with them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English. Other additional languages are a huge plus.
