Job Title: Affiliate Manager

As an affiliate manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the global presence of our company. This is a unique opportunity to join a fully remote team with a competitive salary package and profit sharing.

  • Lead and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
  • Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
  • Provide support to VIP partners whenever needed, monitoring their performance and results.

This is what we expect from you:

  • Ensure partner satisfaction: By providing exceptional maintenance services to our partners, you must ensure partners are satisfied and continuously working with us.
  • Take charge of network performance: You will be accountable for the performance of the affiliate network and revenue.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs such as the number of potential partners found, the number of deals closed, NGR per partner and in the markets, and partners/customers feedback.
  • Analyze daily reports: Ensure to analyze daily reports from the team for improvement purposes.
  • Drive process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the affiliate network.
