Operational Excellence Specialist

An accomplished Operational Excellence Specialist is required to ensure the high quality of work performed by agents in our contact center. The successful candidate will review the quality of work through live monitoring and use of call recording systems, identify training needs for sales teams, and communicate them to the training department as necessary.

About the Role

This is a full-time night shift position (7pm to 4am) requiring prior experience in Outbound Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze the performance of contact center employees to ensure they meet sales and performance goals.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the QA Manager to anticipate training needs assessments, client requirements, and commencement of plans without failure.
  • Monitor employee performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to call center team leaders and managers on employee performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in Outbound Contact Center.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs/VLOOKUP).
