Content Team ResponsibilitiesThe Content team creates high-quality technical interview questions in various domains.
Staff Development Engineer RoleAs a Staff Development Engineer, you will develop complex interview content using AI and machine learning techniques.
You'll also serve as the senior representative of Development in cross-functional discussions, upholding standards through peer reviews and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Improve process efficiency leveraging AI solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize content development exercises.
- Use software engineering knowledge to produce high-quality interview content, including codebases and design exercises.
- Collaborate with designers to develop new formats using generative AI.
- Author technical interview questions in various domains.
- Mentor engineers through peer reviews and ensure consistent standards.
- Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data.
7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in common programming languages, agentic AI solutions, and remote work with global teams.
Fluent English communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience operating independently with high output and deadlines are essential.
Location-Specific InformationThis position is available to candidates residing in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune. We currently limit hiring to this location.
