Senior Content Solutions Engineer

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Content Solutions Engineer. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and soft skills, with a focus on creating high-quality technical interview content.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience with Generative AI solutions, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality technical interview content across multiple subject domains, leveraging modern technology such as generative AI.
  • Partner with Sales and Client teams as a subject-matter expert to present content capabilities to prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients.
  • Review and iterate guidelines for conduct and scoring to ensure fairness and consistency as formats adapt for AI usage.
  • Work with the Interview Delivery team to revamp engineer onboarding for interviews.
The Experience You'll Bring

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to program in a common language.
  • Experience participating in sales calls, including discussions with prospects and clients.
  • Experience working with Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting technical interviews.
  • Project, product, or program management experience.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-changing startup environments.
  • Professional experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic AI tools for software development.
