**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, and will possess a solid understanding of the WordPress development space.
Key responsibilities include freelance platform lead generation, outreach and client acquisition, proposal writing and bidding, market research, follow-ups and CRM management, relationship management, and sales strategy and performance analysis.
The candidate will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals. A background in WordPress development services or IT sales is a plus.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Strong expertise in bidding on freelancing platforms to secure WordPress projects.
- Proven ability to generate clients via LinkedIn, social media outreach, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email automation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
