Duties and Responsibilities

  • Correspondence: Prepare, edit, and finalize correspondence on behalf of the Director and General Manager of Marketing.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, book flights, and arrange accommodations.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute office events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
