Our company seeks a talented Financial Insights Specialist to join its Global FP&A team.

Job Description

This is an exciting cross-functional role that combines analytical and technical skills with business acumen.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities through the use of modern data tools and automation techniques.

  • Partner with the FP&A team to provide analytical support in monitoring KPIs, forecasting metrics, financial reporting, and pricing models.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven insights that inform financial decision-making.
  • Build and maintain automated reports and data pipelines using SQL and/or Python.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality through automation.
  • Work closely with data engineering and other analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models that support strategic planning and performance analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a financial analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
