Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration:
    • Manage attendance records, prepare and submit relevant documents, and maintain accurate compensation and benefits information.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Talent Development:
    • Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of existing and new employees.
    • Identify and develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (16 years of education)
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
