Job Title: Chief People Officer

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to create and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading large-scale HR projects, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Talent Management: Extensive experience in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
  • Culture Transformation: Ability to lead cultural transformations, driving behavioural changes and embedding new values and practices.
