Product Growth Visionary

Overview

The Product Growth Visionary will be responsible for driving significant business growth by defining the overarching vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for a cluster of products. This role involves owning key business metrics, analyzing portfolio performance, and leading a team of Product Managers to foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance.

Responsibilities
  • Define product growth strategies that align with market needs and user behavior.
  • Own key business metrics and set ambitious growth targets.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to drive product growth.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for individual PMs and manage career development and performance reviews.
  • Empower the team to succeed by removing obstacles and ensuring they have the resources and autonomy needed.
  • Govern experimentation roadmaps to ensure strategic alignment with growth objectives.
  • Champion a culture of rapid, data-informed iteration to drive product growth.
  • Oversee analytics and experimentation tools to generate insights and inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product growth management with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Demonstrable experience in people management roles, having hired, managed, and mentored teams of Product Managers.
  • High level of data literacy, including interpreting complex datasets and guiding teams in asking the right questions of the data.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data query languages.
  • Deep experience with modern product analytics tools to track user behavior and portfolio KPIs.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
  • Practical understanding of product growth frameworks and models (e.g., AARRR Pirate Metrics, HEART framework).
