We are a rapidly growing online retailer specializing in print-on-demand products. Our direct-to-consumer websites are a key part of our growth strategy, and we seek an experienced e-commerce professional to manage our WordPress/WooCommerce channels.

As the Website Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end success of our company-owned websites, focusing on website management, design, backend operations, SEO, sales, and conversion rate optimization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and growing WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce websites, with expertise in theme customization, plugin management, backend administration, and SEO best practices.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily website operations, designing user experiences, implementing new themes, customizing pages to improve conversion rates, and ensuring websites provide excellent experiences on all devices.

You will also be responsible for managing backends, developing SEO strategies, monitoring website performance, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The role requires strong analytical and data-driven skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proactive attitude with a focus on results.

 

Apart from having great technical skills, you should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators.

You will work closely with these teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions that drive business growth.
