Job Overview

Mindzeye Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to support our team during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Support: Assist in gathering and verifying payroll data, including employee hours, bank account details, and deductions, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, including employment contracts, PTO requests, and other HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
  • Policy Implementation: Create, update, and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents related to company policies, ensuring employees are informed and compliant.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures during the night shift, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage HR-related correspondence, organize employee engagement activities, and coordinate meetings or training sessions as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR/Admin Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a night-shift environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team during non-standard hours.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a night-shift role or willingness to adapt to a nocturnal schedule.
