Job Summary

Lead strategic HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives during night shift operations at our Gulshan-e-Johar facility. Align HR strategies with organizational vision and values while driving excellence in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive recruitment, onboarding, and staffing strategies for night shift operations
  • Lead employee relations initiatives and performance review processes
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs
  • Administer benefits programs and compensation structures
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership role
  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities
  • Expertise in HR software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and labor law compliance
  • Availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHRI) preferred
