Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client communications, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be confident in their ability to navigate technical conversations, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, high-paced role that requires critical thinking, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle real-time chats and emails with clients regarding CRM, automation, and technical service inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and project scopes to pass accurate details to the team.
  • Track and manage context across conversations using internal systems.
  • Stay updated on the tools we use (GHL, Zapier, Trello, etc.) to answer queries confidently.
  • Escalate complex or technical cases to relevant team leads with clear internal notes.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain quality, speed, and tone in all communications.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English.
  • Confident communication style.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations — no need to build automations, but you should understand what we do.
  • Open to feedback, coachable, and committed to improving -> ability to grow.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month minimum contract.
