Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to drive business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at HEIs to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  2. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that meet our business objectives.
  3. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and strengthen B2B relationships in both local and international markets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and guidance to partners.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or relationship management within the HEI sector.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with HEIs.
  3. Strong understanding of university courses, their structures, and relevant regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
