Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the region. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong understanding of international student recruitment and a proven track record in sales and business development within the education industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with UAPP's business goals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Business Expansion: Expand UAPP's network by engaging with higher education institutions, schools, and key stakeholders in the education sector.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Crm Tools: Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and improve sales performance.
  • Kpis: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office targets to ensure business growth.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing and growing sales teams in the HEI (Higher Education Institutions) sector.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of international student recruitment and higher education processes.
  • Crm Experience: Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
