About the Role

This Business Development Manager position involves driving growth and expansion in the education sector. You will design and implement effective strategies to attract students for German universities and vocational training programs.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing plans to generate student leads and recruit for German universities and Ausbildung programs

• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote services and foster trust

• Managing multiple social media platforms to engage potential clients and promote services

• Creating and running successful paid and organic social media campaigns to drive student recruitment

• Conducting online and in-person counseling sessions to support students throughout the application process

• Collaborating closely with marketing and admissions teams to achieve business objectives

• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the education sector

• Monitoring market trends to enhance services and expand reach

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment (education industry preferred).
  • Strong social media marketing skills, including content creation and ad management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Possession of a passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Knowledge of German universities and Ausbildung programs is desirable.
