Marketing Video Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Video Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care and be skilled in producing engaging video content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

The role involves developing and executing a content strategy for video-based social media platforms, creating high-quality video content, and aligning it with the overall brand and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will also optimize video content for market trends and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy for YouTube, TikTok, and other video-based social media platforms.
  • Create high-quality video content that engages target audiences.
  • Align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Optimize video content for market trends and social media algorithms.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video content creator, preferably in the beauty and skin care industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality video content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a fully remote work-from-home position requiring strong self-discipline, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. As a remote worker, you will collaborate with team members virtually to meet deadlines and achieve business goals, utilizing communication tools to stay connected.
