Logistics Operations Manager

The role of a Supply Chain Leader is pivotal in developing and implementing effective Standard Operating Procedures across the entire supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:- DIRECTING AND COORDINATING all functions involved in purchasing, raw material storage, production operations, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- CONDUCTING weekly meetings with senior management to obtain approval for weekly production planning.
- NURTURING strong relationships with major suppliers to REDUCE SUPPLIER BARGAINING and create a FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT.
- ENSURING timely and high-quality import materials for further production processes.
- MINIMIZING inventory in raw material stores by DAILY REVIEWING reports and taking prompt action to PREVENT STOCKOUTS.
- MONITORING production division reports and addressing bottlenecks promptly by directing Production Incharge to RESOLVE ISSUES.
- QUARTERLY maintaining machine and mold maintenance as per the scheduled calendar.
- ENSURING smooth logistics operations for finished goods.
- RESOLVING customer matters on an immediate basis.
- ELIMINATING blame games among employees in the supply chain division to achieve organizational goals.
- DEVELOPING and managing yearly departmental budgets and ensuring COMPLIANCE.
- CONDUCTING performance evaluations, quarterly meetings, and monitoring sessions for direct reportees.
- PROVIDING formal and informal coaching, counseling, and mentoring to develop department staff.
