About the Role

This position requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of business processes and excellent communication skills.

  • Participate in all phases of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges, and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Provide end-user training and support, developing training materials and conducting workshops.
  • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, custom reports, and other technical deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud ERP users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute test plans, identify and resolve defects, and ensure the quality and integrity of the implemented solution.

A strong educational background and experience working in a top-tier accounting firm or an ERP environment are highly desirable.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation and Configuration
  • Analyze business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
Training and Support
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Data Migration and Integration
  • Assist in data migration activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom reports.
Requirements
  • CA finalist or ACCA affiliate degree.
  • Experience working in a top-tier accounting firm or an ERP environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
