The Procurement Specialist

  • As a key player in driving innovation and ensuring everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come, you will play a crucial role at Roche India – Roche Services & Solutions in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management and Sourcing
  • Administrative handling of tenders, contract preparation, guarantees, acceptance protocols, and insurance documents.
  • Support sourcing activities for CAPEX/OPEX projects; processing reactive or business-related sourcing requests within specific regions, countries, or large locations.
  • Execution of smaller sourcing activities such as ad hoc, call-off, and unplanned/planned or reactive business-related sourcing activities to maximize procurement impact.
General Procurement Support
  • Common procurement support mailbox responsibilities.
  • Supporting Accounts payable department for invoice discrepancies, goods delivery, and closing PO's.
  • Vendor registrations and maintenance in the purchasing system.
  • Contracting/CDA related work.
  • Processing NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements) according to business requirements in the system.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Procurement. A Master's degree in Operations & SCM is preferred.
  • Additional training as a specialist for purchasing and materials management or Bachelor's Degree.
