Procurement Specialist

Our team is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to oversee the acquisition of health care items, cosmetics and groceries for our store.
About This RoleThis key position demands strong interpersonal skills, effective negotiation abilities, and proficiency in software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement and warehousing, guiding, supervising and facilitating complex interactions between buyers, suppliers, warehouse personnel and others involved in purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Source and procure products from diverse vendors
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to manage inventory and storage
- Evaluate and implement cost-saving measures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
