
Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors in the assigned territory, increasing sales of our products, and leading a team of sales officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve market share and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a strong market presence through regular communication with distributors and other stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales officers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success in sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
