Job Summary
As a highly motivated Sales Man, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure they receive exceptional service. You will also identify new sales opportunities, assess client needs, and develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are upheld.

Requirements
  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
