We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This exciting role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and enhance our online presence.

About the Role:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, graphics, stories) tailored for each platform to attract and retain our target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives, such as lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community interaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
  • Social Listening: Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations about our brand, competitors, and industry, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
  • Paid Advertising: Proficiency in managing paid social campaigns and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs with experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and interactive posts that resonate with our audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and tone.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
