Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our online marketing efforts. If you have experience managing large budgets, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, and the ability to drive business growth, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and support business expansion. The ideal candidate understands how to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and is comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences across the funnel
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy planning
  • Write and test ad copy that resonates with decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to meet or exceed CPL, CTR, and ROAS targets
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates
  • Produce clear, actionable campaign reports and insights for internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and lead quality analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, GA4, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic pivots
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
