Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Manager to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our organization.
- Maintain and update day-to-day bookkeeping of all business transactions.
- Prepare and present financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, expense reports, sales and revenue reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
- Track all business expenses, purchases, and operational costs with proper records.
- Ensure accountability of all financial transactions and flag any discrepancies.
We require the ideal candidate to have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Zoho.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and audit prep.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
