Job Summary:

This is a challenging role for an individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement initiatives and enhance productivity in garment operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and document existing operations using Time and Motion Study methods to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize work processes and optimize production time.
  3. Establish Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for garment operations to minimize bottlenecks and idle time.
  4. Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  2. Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of process improvement.
  3. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams.
  4. Be proficient in MS Excel to analyze data and develop reports.
  5. Reside near Karachi to ensure timely attendance and effective collaboration with the team.
