Job Title: Computer Department Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate to fill the role of Computer Department Manager. This position involves managing a team of professionals in the computer department, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date listings for laptops, computers, servers, accessories, and components.
  • List computing-related products on our website and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Source local and international vendors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Nurture strong business relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist customers in finding suitable products within their budget, providing quotes as needed.
  • Offer technical guidance on product features and capabilities.
  • Quote prices for products customers wish to exchange under our exchange facility.
  • Address customer inquiries via various channels, maintaining competitive pricing while ensuring profit margins.
  • Introduce new products on our website promptly upon local or international launch.
  • Respond to customer queries through comments, video calls, audio calls, and chat.
  • Update prices daily from local and international vendors.
  • Pursue new vendors in Karachi and UAE.
  • Coordinate with the Purchase department on daily purchases and inspect product quality before shipping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise technical support.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Capability to assemble and disassemble computers, laptops, and servers.
  • Stay updated on the latest standards and trends in the Computer Department.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
  • Work efficiently, ethically, and productively.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English and Urdu communication skills.
  • Active, energetic, sharp, and fast work ethic.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required for this position.

The working hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
