Are you a highly motivated sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity to grow with our dynamic team? We are currently hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing sales force. As an Inbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential customers who are interested in upgrading or signing up for telecom services and home security packages.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, matching their needs with the appropriate services, and delivering exceptional sales experiences that exceed expectations. You will work closely with our sales team, customer support, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upsell and cross-sell telecom and home security packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from residential customers across the U.S. interested in telecom services and home security solutions.
  • Build rapport and establish a consultative relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about the range of telecom and home security services offered by major Internet Service Providers and our company.
