At the core of our company's success lies a strong network of transportation and logistics. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the smooth execution of our operations.

  • Oversight of routes and delivery schedules for optimal efficiency
  • Strategic management of elapsed drive and service times
  • Maximization of capacity utilization for vehicles
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures
  • Crisis management for proper disposition of perishable goods during spills or disasters
  • Ensuring safety, hygiene, and product quality throughout the supply chain
  • Temperature monitoring for sensitive products
  • Conducting regular quality checks before loading, during transit, and after unloading

Loading and Unloading Operations:

  • Effective arrangement and supervision of labor for loading/unloading tasks, maintaining accurate records, and handling related duties
  • Timely coordination of loading information between drivers and clients
  • Providing guidance and training to staff on cargo loading procedures
  • Optimization of load and unload times for increased productivity

In Transit Management:

  • Swift response to vehicle accidents and assistance to drivers
  • Efficient handling of road breakdowns, including repair or replacement of parts to restore vehicle functionality
  • Continuous monitoring of vehicle movement from origin to destination
  • Prompt handling of driver inquiries during transit
  • Regular updates to customers on cargo status
  • Maintenance of accurate records of loading, unloading, and stops
  • Proactive management and reporting of work-related injuries
  • Maintenance of documentation and generation of reports for analysis
