Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning expert to lead our Demand Planning efforts in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and timely replenishment plans for suppliers based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and forecast data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adjustments to the forecast plan.
  • Craft a comprehensive supply plan based on generated demand forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels in DC and stores based on target days cover, availability targets, and shrinkage targets.
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag them to stakeholders for action.
  • Detect SKUs with no inventory movement for 28 days.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in demand or supply planning.
  • Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces or e-commerce demand planning is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge.
  • Analytical mind and business acumen to work with large data sets, discover patterns, and form conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a demanding environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
