Supply Chain Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities and ensure the acquisition of materials is cost-effective and of high quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify key suppliers and negotiate purchase agreements
  • Manage a workforce and maintain favorable supplier relationships
  • Review supply options and authorize purchases
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with business standards
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Agent, or similar role
  • High level of expertise in vendor sourcing (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
  • Excellent negotiating skills to obtain the most favorable terms and value for money

The ideal candidate should be analytical, stay up-to-date with product and service trends, and possess strong communication skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and project managers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing plans for the acquisition of supplies, services, and equipment. They will also analyze and negotiate vendor agreements, and bargain the conditions of the agreement and price.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a solid understanding of procurement principles and practices. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

  • BSc in Logistics, Business Administration preferably in Supply Chain Management, or Business Management
