
Phone Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our team at ConnectNLink. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and setting appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ConnectNLink's products/services.
- Assess and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maintain customer interest and progress through the sales funnel.
- Record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and organized customer information.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive impression of ConnectNLink.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Ability to handle rejection, remain motivated, and stay positive in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, telemarketing tools, and basic computer applications.
