Role Overview

As a Sales Performance Specialist at Excellence Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets by successfully closing sales over the phone. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong determination to achieve results and excel in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists or databases.
  2. Present products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  3. Address concerns or objections raised by potential customers and provide persuasive responses to close the sale.
  4. Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, creating a sense of trust and credibility.
  5. Closed deals utilizing various closing techniques and sales strategies to secure sales and achieve individual and team targets.
  6. Achieve consistent results and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas set by the sales management.
  7. Nurture leads and potential sales through follow-up calls and collaboration with other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with potential customers to close sales successfully.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue sales opportunities with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp product details and convey them convincingly to customers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
