Project Coordination is a vital function within our organization. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating with various teams, stakeholders and departments. This includes monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to overcome them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring all necessary parties are involved;
  • Providing regular project updates to management through presentations and reports;
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking project milestones;
  • Collaborating with site teams to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers;
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in project coordination.
