Marketing Coordinator, Segment Marketing

As a key member of our global demand generation marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement with current clients and generating qualified leads for new business. We achieve this through a diverse marketing mix of events, web, email, advertising, and social media, striving to communicate the value of our solutions through efficient operations and tactical expertise.

The Impact: Your position is critical to support the segment marketing team across the buy-side and corporate sectors. The Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Associate Marketing Director to assist in the development and implementation of various campaigns to engage clients and drive lead generation as they relate to larger business strategy.

  • Work on high-visibility projects that span the globe
  • Develop skills for popular industry tools, including database CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation software (Marketo)
  • Cultivate copywriting skills and gain familiarity with brand voice
  • Discover the value of a multi-channel approach to achieving results
  • Quantify marketing campaign performance by analyzing key engagement metrics
Responsibilities:
  • Marketing communications – Utilize strong copywriting skills to create various forms of content, including producing web and advertising copy, social posts, and email campaigns aligned to the business growth strategy
  • Campaign execution – Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across channels, collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery, budget alignment, and strategic objectives
  • Event support & management – Work closely with the Event team and business areas to execute trade show and webinar participation, including pre-event communication, attendee check-ins, and post-event lead processing, understanding event KPIs and suggesting opportunities for event optimization
  • Cross-functional teams – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management and delivery of all marketing activity, providing timely updates
  • Sales enablement – Develop sales collateral and materials to help Sales communicate the value proposition of products, supporting the selling process of those products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or MBA Degree in Marketing, English, Business, Finance, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working in marketing, agency client servicing, or equivalent experience, preferably in banking and insurance Institutes
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) for stakeholder management, basic-to-intermediate knowledge of MS Excel skills, and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products including database
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects concurrently, meeting established deadlines
