Job Overview

This position entails leading and managing Oracle database support activities, including data mining, report writing, backup and recovery, migration, and upgrades. The incumbent will gain experience working with refined company culture and cutting-edge technologies in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production support tasks and special assignments, data manipulation, and presentation.
  • Support and maintain enterprise-level EHR (Electronic Health Record) Oracle back-end systems.
  • Participate as an Analyst/Consultant in various data mining projects.
  • Identify and implement business processes aligned with Industry Best Practices.
  • Analyze and document end-user requirements, implementing change requests and performing performance tuning tasks.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and end-user training, participating in customer-related activities such as training and super user forums.
Requirements
  • Excellent DBA skills and 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Cerner Millennium experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial.
  • Business process and functional requirement mapping experience.
  • Experience in Project management is preferred.
  • Interpersonal/Professional Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as a team lead.
  • Task-oriented with focus on deliverables.
  • Innovative with an analytical mindset.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines while ensuring quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures.
